xis6s Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between xis6s ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the xis6s online gaming platform available at xis6s.org.

By completing the xis6s registration process, logging into your xis6s account, or using any service offered through the xis6s platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, and payment services — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the xis6s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xis6s. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

xis6s reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the xis6s platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

The xis6s platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering on xis6s, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. xis6s reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits returned at xis6s's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

xis6s operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and accepts players from jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the individual user level. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming via xis6s is lawful in their jurisdiction. xis6s makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific territory.

To register a xis6s account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address;
• Be the legal owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your xis6s account;
• Not already hold an active xis6s account — only one account per individual is permitted;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party in registering or operating a xis6s account.

xis6s operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xis6s login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. xis6s will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify xis6s support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Each individual may hold only one registered xis6s account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. This restriction applies across household members sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method.

You are obligated to keep all account information accurate and up to date. xis6s reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Providing false information to circumvent xis6s's verification procedures constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. xis6s may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified by available contact methods prior to any fee being applied.

xis6s currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees applied by xis6s. Third-party transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

The minimum deposit on xis6s is PKR 200. Deposits are credited to your xis6s wallet upon confirmed receipt and processing by the relevant payment provider. xis6s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity — deposits made solely to exploit bonus structures or payment processing systems will be voided.

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. xis6s processes same-day withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your xis6s account. xis6s reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are published on the xis6s payments information page. These limits may be adjusted at xis6s's discretion. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures and extended processing timelines.

Player funds held in xis6s accounts are kept in accounts separate from xis6s's operational funds. This segregation is maintained as a standard player protection measure. However, xis6s does not guarantee the return of player funds in the event of insolvency beyond what is required by applicable regulatory obligations.

All bets and wagers placed on xis6s are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

A bet is not confirmed until xis6s has issued an explicit confirmation. xis6s reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed on incorrect odds, bets suspected of exploit activity, or bets placed after an event has commenced where live-betting was not the intended market. Errors in pricing or odds will not be honoured.

xis6s cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and bilateral ODIs — are governed by xis6s's Sports Betting Rules, which detail settlement procedures, void conditions, rain rules, abandonment policies, and in-play betting protocols. Pakistani players are strongly advised to review the relevant sport rules before placing cricket bets, particularly for live in-play markets where odds change rapidly.

All casino games on xis6s — including slot games, live dealer tables, Ganesh Fortune, Astar Live, and other game categories — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. xis6s does not manipulate game outcomes.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all xis6s games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. xis6s reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns suggest irregular activity.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on xis6s are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new and existing registered Pakistani players aged 21 and above who have completed basic account verification. xis6s reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.

Bonus funds issued by xis6s are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

xis6s employs automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game exposure, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds voided and may be subject to permanent account closure.

xis6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, provided wagering requirements have been met in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xis6s platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one xis6s account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the xis6s platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in xis6s games or systems — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets;
• Using the xis6s platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any xis6s software or platform infrastructure;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause — xis6s will pursue recovery of chargebacks through all available legal channels;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xis6s staff or other players through any communication channel.

xis6s is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Pakistani player base. The xis6s platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount deposited into your xis6s account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or time-outs to manage your gaming duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from your xis6s account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the xis6s platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration selected.

xis6s staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and are authorised to initiate responsible gaming interventions where patterns of concern are identified. Players may be contacted directly if their account activity suggests potential harm.

All content on the xis6s platform — including but not limited to the xis6s brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of xis6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xis6s platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any xis6s content without express written permission from xis6s.

Any unauthorised use of xis6s intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xis6s's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the xis6s platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their xis6s account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xis6s shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the xis6s platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Interruptions to the xis6s service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party network outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or civil unrest;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe after discovery;
• Actions taken by payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions outside xis6s's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xis6s's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

xis6s collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the xis6s platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that Policy.

Personal data collected by xis6s — including CNIC information, mobile numbers, residential addresses, and payment details — is used exclusively for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. xis6s does not sell personal data to third parties.

xis6s implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

You may close your xis6s account at any time by contacting the xis6s support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

xis6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A player is identified as being under the age of 21;
• Regulatory obligations require xis6s to restrict the player's access;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the player or a third party acting on their behalf.

Upon account termination, all outstanding bonus balances will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any required investigations are completed, unless the account has been closed due to fraud or Terms violations, in which case funds may be withheld pending regulatory review.

xis6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at xis6s.org/terms-conditions. The version number and last-updated date are displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the xis6s platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xis6s holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Players acknowledge that online gaming laws vary significantly between jurisdictions and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in xis6s games and betting markets complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. xis6s accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
